Refund Policy

Simple version: If WalkOn Pro doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you. No questions asked.

14-Day Refund Window

If you purchased WalkOn Pro and it doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@walk-on.app with:

  • The email address you used for the purchase
  • Your approximate purchase date

We'll process your refund through Paddle, typically within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're experiencing a technical issue, reach out to support@walk-on.app and we'll do our best to help resolve it.

What Happens After a Refund

After a refund is processed, your WalkOn Pro features will continue to work until you reinstall the app or reset its data. We don't remotely deactivate licenses.

Free Tier

WalkOn's free tier is always available at no cost. You can use the free version indefinitely with Apple Music songs, built-in sound effects, custom start cue points, and 15-second clips.
