By downloading, installing, or using WalkOn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
WalkOn is a macOS menu bar application that plays entrance music when you join a video call. The App detects active calls on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and FaceTime, and plays audio through your device's speakers.
WalkOn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any macOS device you own or control, for personal or commercial use.
The App is available in a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro tier. Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional features including unlimited songs, extended clip durations, and custom audio file support. Pro does not expire.
Payments for WalkOn Pro are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing Pro, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service. Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, and payment processing.
See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility and process.
WalkOn and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WalkOn and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
You are responsible for any audio files you import into the App. You must have the right to use any content you add. WalkOn does not store, transmit, or have access to your imported audio files.
WalkOn integrates with Apple Music via MusicKit. Your use of Apple Music content through the App is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. An active Apple Music subscription is required to play Apple Music songs.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all video conferencing software or configurations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalkOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or website.
